Remuneration:
• Comprising salary between $118,993.00 - $129,189.00 per annum employer contribution to superannuation (up to 12.75%) and annual leave loading (17.5%) (Nurse Grade 7). Job Ad Reference: TC437204

Duties:
The Midwifery Unit Manager (MUM) is a Registered Midwife who provides advanced management, coordination of clinical practice and professional Midwifery leadership, supporting operation and strategic direction in a specific area of practice supporting the general function of the organisation through the application of specialist knowledge, best practice, leadership and change management. The MUM will coordinate human, financial and material resources in accordance with organisational goals, ensuring cost-effective midwifery services focused on providing exceptional, evidence based and woman centred care
