This powerful 2022 Burmese documentary explores the relationship between a Buddhist Bahar midwife and her Muslim Rohingya apprentice as they provide essential healthcare in a village in Rakhine State in western Myanmar. Following the screening, continue the evening with the ACT Branch community at the regular Thursday night dinner at the Food Co-op Shop. Enjoy a relaxed catch-up over delicious tacos and conversation with colleagues. You can join for the film only, dinner only, or make an evening of it and attend both - there are three registration options available to suit your plans.
