Tell me more...The Maternal, Child and Family Midwifery Consultant (MCH CMC) - Cape York Outreach is required to deliver advanced primary midwifery and child health care, supporting best practice principles in caring for clients in the antenatal and post-natal period, children 0-8-year-old (with a main focus on 0-4-year-old children) and their families.
Location: Torres and Cape Hospital and Health Service, Cairns with regular travel to Cape York Communities

Remuneration: Salary comprising between $5,081.10 - $5,516.60 per fortnight employer contribution to superannuation (up to 12.75%) and annual leave loading (17.5%)

Temporary Full Time position available from up to 30 June 2025 (with possibility of extension)

You can expect to work Monday to Friday performing an outreach service to Cape York Communities. When not in community you will be based in our Cairns Office.
