What your day could look like
As a Registered Midwife, you’ll play a vital role in delivering safe, compassionate care that supports women, babies and families throughout their journey. From guiding clinical decisions to building trusted relationships, you’ll be part of a team that puts people first and improves outcomes across the community.

Every day, you’ll contribute by:
• Delivering holistic, evidence-based care that supports positive birth and postnatal experiences
• Partnering with women, families and multidisciplinary teams to enable informed choices
• Leading safe clinical practice, mentoring others and helping shape high-quality care
• Identifying opportunities to improve services and strengthen continuity of care
