Webinar Description

This free webinar will be facilitated by ACM Chief Midwife Alison Weatherstone and presented by Belle Bruce.

Midwives play a crucial role in the administration of intravenous (IV) fluids during labour. However, the current lack of evidence, education, and formal clinical guidance contributes to clinical uncertainty, hindering midwives' ability to achieve optimal practice. This presentation will provide an overview of current practices and trends in IV fluids use during labour, as well as practical strategies to equip you with knowledge for enhancing clinical care.
