CPD Endorsement Application

CPD Information

Applications will be processed once the application fee of $300 has been paid. You will be advised of the result of your application within 10 business days.
Your Endorsement badge is included in your application fee and will be emailed to you once your application has been approved.

CPD Endorsement is for a two year period. The content of your activity must not change during this time or endorsement is void. Endorsement and license
of the ACM CPD Endorsement badge begins the day it is sent to you.

In the application you will need to:

• Provide a description of the proposed CPD activity and state the intended learning outcomes
• Describe the evidence-base for the content of your CPD activity. All endorsed activities must be evidence based and cite contemporary evidence.
• List who created the content and who will instruct delivery and describe their educational qualifications and/or experience relevant to the topic area
• Provide a Course Outline or Program of your activity
• Provide the link to your activity

Please note:

• You must have permission to use other organisation's information and this must be referenced.

Some things to remember about the use of the ACM CPD Endorsement badge.
1. The badge is not transferrable.
2. The badge must not be altered in any way.
3. The badge can be used digitally and in print.
4. You are encouraged to link online versions of the badge back to www.midwives.org.au.

ACM reserves to right to cancel your endorsement if:

1. This badge is misused
2. There are significant changes to the endorsed activity
3. Any part of your application is determined to be false or misleading, at any time during the endorsed period.
