Midwifery Practice Review

Midwifery Practice Review (MPR)

Midwifery Practice Review (MPR)
Midwifery Practice Review (MPR) is a formal, transparent, nationally-consistent peer review mechanism that supports you as a midwife to regularly reflect on both your midwifery practice, and professional development. Feedback gained is invaluable and will help guide you in achieving your current and future goals.

MPR is recognised by the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia as a professional practice review program (PPRP) and satisfies the requirement for midwives with endorsement on their registration.

MPR is for all midwives no matter what area they work in, be it clinical midwifery, teaching, management or policy development. It is just as relevant to newly-graduated midwives as it is to those with years of experience.
