What you'll be doing:
The Registered Midwife will ensure optimal outcomes for women and their families through the promotion of best practice including the appropriate escalation of care. Work collaboratively utilising effective team communication with members of the multidisciplinary health team in the planning, implementation, assessment and evaluation of patient care and act as an advocate for the specific needs of all women and their families including those from the indigenous population or other multi-cultural groups providing appropriate care to the woman undergoing specialised procedures.

You will need to communicate effectively with patients and other health care team members, and importantly be an active participant in fostering our culture, led by the values of collaboration, openness, respect and empowerment.

What we can offer you:
These positions will be eligible for an NSW Health Rural Health Incentive package of $5,000 to $10,000 per year, in addition to award entitlements and accommodation assistance (paid on a pro-rata basis for part time employees).
