Epworth Geelong are currently seeking to recruit a new Maternity Services Manager to this very important role.
As the Maternity Services Manager you will have direct operational responsibility for the provision of high quality and safe patient services through leadership, coaching, team building, change management and effective human and financial resource management. As a leader with a ‘can do attitude’ you will promote a culture of customer service and person centred clinical care.

To be eligible for this role you will hold current registration as a Registered Midwife with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia and have a minimum of five years post registration experience in the provision of maternity services. You will be able to demonstrate strong leadership and management skills as well as highly developed communication / interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
